Where is my order?
Signed in? Your dashboard has the latest status. Otherwise send us your order ID on WhatsApp and we'll check it by hand — usually within the hour during working hours.
How long does an order take?
Every piece is made to order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Expect 7–14 working days from payment, depending on how involved the piece is. You'll get a confirmed date, not just an estimate.
Can I place a bulk or corporate order?
Yes, and it's worth asking early. Send us the quantity and the date you need them by, and we'll come back with a quote and an honest answer on whether the deadline is doable.
Do you ship across India?
Everywhere in India, by tracked courier. You'll get the tracking number the day it leaves us.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp the day it arrives and we'll remake or refund it. Courier damage is on us, not on you.
Can I change my order after paying?
If we haven't started sculpting, almost certainly. Message us as soon as you know — the earlier you catch it, the easier it is.
